The futuristic vision of our Founder Chairman Late Mr. P J Mathew envisioned the beginning of Parayil Group of Companies in 1993. The Late Chairman Mr. P. J Mathew was an ardent agriculturist by tradition associated with the rubber industry and hospitality business. A true entrepreneur he started a couple of units to process and freeze Porottas and other bread items of quality meeting western standards.
M/s Parayil Exports at Nariyanaganam in Kottayam District of Kerala state became a reality in the year 2000 by processing and exporting quality products to USA followed by EU countries. Its flagship brand DAILY DELIGHT became a household name in USA and Europe.
The success in establishing a niche in the highly quality conscious western countries forced the chairman to look for further opportunities to enhance production. The second group company M/s Parayil Food Products Pvt Ltd, commenced production of agro and marine products for exports.
- Parayil Exports is an ISO 22000-2005 certified company while M/s Parayil Food Products Pvt Ltd is certified with both ISO 22000-2005 & BRC Certification.
- Both facilities operate under HACCP and GMPs
- Both facilities are approved for exports to USA & Europe fulfilling USDA & EU guidelines
- Consistency in Quality of products and reliability in supply chain management stands accepted as a hall mark of both the units.
- Research and development efforts have added an aura to the brand for matching or even exceeding set standards but always keeping the natural flavor and aroma of the product bringing in the ethos of the traditional Indian cuisine to the family dining tables. It continues with its effort.
